Each Tiki Lava kit includes 4 oz of crispy chiles, fried aromatics, seasonings, and bold texture packed inside a reusable 16 oz glass jar. Add 1 cup of neutral-flavored cooking oil to make approximately one full 16 oz jar of prepared chili crunch.

Instead of receiving a jar already filled with oil, you get a generous amount of the flavorful crunchy blend. You choose the oil and prepare it fresh whenever you’re ready.

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Remove the sealed pouch from the jar.

2. Discard the silica packet.

3. Empty the chili crunch blend into a heat-safe bowl.

4. Heat 1 cup of neutral-flavored cooking oil until hot and shimmering, but not smoking.

5. Carefully pour the hot oil over the blend. It should begin sizzling immediately.

6. Stir thoroughly and allow the flavors to infuse for 10–15 minutes.

7. Transfer the prepared chili crunch back into the jar.

CHOOSING YOUR OIL

Use a neutral-flavored cooking oil suitable for heating. The oil you choose is completely up to you.

Extra-virgin olive oil is not recommended because its stronger flavor may overpower the chili crunch.
